Elrina Pretorius is a seasoned physiotherapist and lifestyle medicine practitioner with over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry. As the founder of Fleet Physio and Wellness, Elrina has dedicated her career to helping individuals achieve optimal health through a holistic approach that combines her expertise in physiotherapy with the principles of lifestyle medicine.

Elrina’s journey into lifestyle medicine is deeply personal. Diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) 20 years ago, she faced a challenging future. However, through the consistent application of lifestyle medicine practices, she has been in remission for the past 12 years. Today, Elrina lives an active and vibrant life, working full-time as a physiotherapist and health coach. Her weekends are often spent mountain biking, socialising with friends, and enjoying the outdoors—testament to the power of the very principles she teaches.

With a passion for empowering others, Elrina integrates evidence-based lifestyle interventions into her practice. She focuses on nutrition, physical activity, stress management, sleep, and social connections, guiding her clients to make sustainable changes that lead to long-term health and well-being.

Richie's sessions focus on enhancing physical fitness, strength, and flexibility while also improving mood and reducing stress.
